Paul Haverkamp joins IM Efficiency as Chief Commercial Officer
HELMOND, August 2020 - Paul Haverkamp (50) joined IM Efficiency as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on 15 August. Previously Paul worked at TVM verzekeren and Volkswagen Pon Financial Services.
At the start-up known for solar panels on trucks, Paul is responsible for Sales and Marketing. With the appointment of Paul Haverkamp, IM Efficiency is preparing for its commercial activities after an extensive research and development phase. The rest of the management team consists of Martijn Ildiz (CEO), Ruud Derks (CSO) and Jelle Aarnoudse (CTO).
The market launch of the first product, SolarOnTop, will take place at the end of Q1 2021. Solar panels are mounted on trucks to save up to 5.5% on fuel costs and to significantly reduce Co2 emissions. As a result, the economic payback time is approximately 3 years.
